They’re fudgy, gooey, and honestly, the kind of therapy I need as much as you do. ## Photos and videos - [Video: Here’s a closer look at the 100-brownie bulk order I prepared. Whether it is a bulk order for a baby shower or just a treat for yourself, I bake them fresh at night so you get that dense, gooey texture, not the dry, cakey kind. ### Why My Brownies Are Different Most commercial brownies use compound chocolate or pre-mixes, which gives them a weird, oily aftertaste. I don't do that. I stick to pure couverture chocolate because it melts better, tastes richer, and gives that signature fudgy consistency that I personally crave at 3 AM. ### Ordering for Your Event I love handling bulk brownie orders for baby showers, weddings, and corporate gifting because it's a challenge to keep things consistent at scale. If you are planning an event, here is how I approach it: * **Freshness First:** I avoid stocking ready-made batches. When you place a bulk order, I schedule the baking so your brownies come out of the oven just before delivery. * **Packaging:** Every brownie is individually wrapped and boxed. I use quality packaging that looks great as a return favor but keeps the brownie safe from moisture. * **Customisation:** For orders over 50 units, I can add custom 'Thank You' tags to the boxes. ### A Quick Note on Logistics Since I’m a one-person team balancing college, I typically need 48 hours notice for bulk quantities. If you need something urgent, ping me and I’ll see if I can squeeze it into my late-night baking session. I’m honest about what I can manage—if I can’t deliver the quality I promise, I’ll tell you upfront. ## About Minervy by Riya More I'm a 21-year-old student by day and a brownie-baker by 3 AM.
