Your little one might paint with a fly swatter or a toy car, and that is exactly the point. It is about building confidence through textures and colors, so do not worry about the mess—we provide waterproof aprons and handle every bit of the cleanup at our Khar studio. ### Why messy art matters For toddlers and preschoolers, the act of creating is far more important than the final result. By exploring materials like non-toxic paints, kinetic sand, and shaving foam, children develop fine motor skills and sensory processing abilities. Our sessions are not about making a masterpiece to hang on the wall—they are about the sheer joy of experimentation. ### What happens during our sessions Every activity is designed to spark curiosity. We use unconventional tools to show kids that art can happen anywhere. Our Creative Crafts & Messy Fun sessions include: * **Textural Exploration:** Getting hands into sensory bins with coloured rice, water beads, and foam. * **Process Painting:** Large-scale painting where the goal is to mix colors and see what happens. * **Safe Materials:** Everything we use is non-toxic and child-safe. ### Frequently Asked Questions **Do I need to bring anything?** Just yourself and a change of clothes for your child. We provide waterproof aprons, but since we encourage full immersion in the fun, things do get colourful. **Is it just for older kids?** We welcome children from 15 months to 5 years. Our activities are tailored to ensure that every age group gets a chance to explore at their own pace. **Where is the studio located?** We are based in Khar West. Our studio is a controlled, ventilated space with child-proof flooring, designed specifically to contain the fun while keeping the little ones safe. ## About The Messy Art Studio We started The Messy Art Studio because we believe kids need more space to get sticky and be silly. We are not here to teach technique—we are here to watch your little one discover the joy of mixing colors and squishing textures, all while making new friends in a safe, fun environment.
