Whether it is a high-profile guest list or an intimate family lunch, the secret lies in the 'Vadhpi' serving method and the exact placement of all 18 items on the banana leaf. It transforms a simple meal into a ceremony that connects generations. Trust is earned, especially when you are invited into the homes of legends like Shankar Mahadevan or Ashvini Bhave during their most sacred festivals. We do not take this lightly. The reason they choose The Marathi Pangat is not just for the food—it is because we refuse to compromise on the 'Sovlyacha Jevan' (sacred meal) standards. We bring the full 18-item authentic spread—Masale Bhaat, Ukadiche Modak, Puran Poli, and Kothimbir Wadi—directly to your table. We handle the logistical heavy lifting in Mumbai, so you get to enjoy the festive food while the 'Vadhpi' (server) manages the flow of the meal. Whether you opt for a full-service setup at a banquet hall or one of our DIY Pangat hampers for a home festival, the cultural etiquette remains the same. We provide everything: the banana leaves, the serving manual, and the traditional decor essentials. It is not just catering; it is a way to preserve our Marathi food culture. When families tell us that our hamper helped them celebrate a festival they thought they would miss, that is the feedback that matters most to our team. ## About The Marathi Pangat I am Nikhil Tipnis. For me, catering is not about filling plates, it is about reviving our Marathi food culture. When I see families—whether celebrity or my neighbor—sitting down to eat on banana leaves, that is when I know I have done my job right.
