These are not standard service nights. We craft these pop-ups to be one-off, immersive experiences, so if you see a collaboration that catches your eye, reach out early before the spots fill up 🤌🏾. We are obsessed with keeping our kitchen alive with fresh energy. That is why we do not believe in static dining. Whether it is flying in a cantina vibe from Bombay with Mezcalita or working with local craft spirits like Godawan for a Rajputana-inspired winter evening, these collaborations are our way of breaking the routine. ### Why these pop-ups matter It is about education and excitement. You get to taste techniques that would not normally fit a standard menu. We have done scented menus, custom-designed ceramic mugs for tequila nights, and even immersive parades inside the restaurant. ### What to expect at Lupa pop-ups * **Limited Runs:** These events are usually exclusive to 2-3 nights only. * **Total Immersion:** We do not just swap the food. We curate the soundtrack, the lighting, and even the table settings to suit the specific theme. * **Collaborative Spirits:** Our bar team often pairs up with guest mixologists to create exclusive cocktail lists that you will never see again. * **Booking:** Since these are high-demand events with limited seating, we always suggest keeping an eye on our event calendar or dropping us a message to get on the priority list.
