We’re constantly tweaking, fat-washing, and clarifying, so you never have to drink the same thing twice. 🤌🏾 Our bar program is built on the belief that a drink should tell a story. We don't just pour; we experiment. Our cocktail lab is where we test new techniques like fat-washing and clarification, moving way beyond the standard menu to give you flavors you haven't seen in the city before. Think peanut butter-washed Tequila or a crystal-clear Piña Colada. Then there is our secret. Tucked 12 feet underground, our climate-controlled wine cellar is a 12-seat sanctuary for those who take their vintage bottles seriously. It is where we host our 'In Vino Veritas' dinners, pulling rare bottles from Bordeaux and Tuscany while we talk pairings and provenance. But Lupa is also about the noise and the energy. On Friday nights, the deck transforms for SWITCH. We pull in bands and DJs who know how to keep the floor moving, turning our quiet dining vibe into something much louder and brighter. It is the contrast we love—quiet, nerdy cocktail discussions during the week, and pure Bengaluru energy when the weekend hits.
