We spend hours folding high-fat French butter into our dough, repeating the process until we achieve those precise, honeycomb layers you see when you pull one apart. It is a slow, manual technique, but it is the only way to get that authentic crunch without shortcuts. At La Meilleure, we believe the best taste comes from scratch-made patience.
