I rotate through everything from soft foam bats for juniors to vibrant parachutes for toddlers, ensuring every child has gear they can hold and use safely during our school sessions in Bengaluru. ### Why Props Matter For kids, especially in preschool and primary years, fitness needs to be visual and tactile. My 'toolkit' is designed to remove the fear of sports and replace it with curiosity. When a child sees a bright, colourful agility ladder or a soft foam ball, they aren't thinking about 'drills' or 'exercise'—they are thinking about playing. ### What We Bring to Your School I carry a full inventory of equipment so schools don't have to worry about procurement or maintenance: * **For Teamwork:** Our giant, multi-coloured parachutes are the highlight of any group session. They teach synchronization, listening, and cooperation. * **For Agility:** We use collapsible mesh tunnels, textured rubber balance pods, and flat agility hoops. These help kids develop gross motor skills like jumping, crawling, and balancing. * **For Skill-Building:** We introduce sports like hockey, cricket, and tennis using beginner-friendly tools—think lightweight plastic sticks, safety balls, and oversized bats. This allows kids to practice their grip, swing, and aim without the intimidation of heavy professional gear. * **For Focus:** We use simple props like pool noodles and bean bags for basic hand-eye coordination tasks, keeping the energy high and the frustration low. Everything I bring is age-appropriate and aligns with the movement goals of CBSE and Montessori curriculums.
