Whether it’s decoding phonics with my young learners or breaking down complex geometry for middle schoolers, we use hands-on activities and visual diagrams to ensure the foundation is strong. We don't rush; we ensure your child understands the 'why' and 'how' before moving to the next level. ### Our Teaching Philosophy At The Kaur's Academy, I operate on a simple principle: teaching is heart work, not clock work. My goal is to build confident learners, not just students who memorize for tests. Whether your child is struggling with reading or needs advanced help for board exams, we move at their pace. ### How We Teach - **No Ratta, Just Logic:** We use the Reggio Emilia approach for younger children, where activities and projects make numbers and letters tangible. For older students, we move into conceptual breakdown—using handwritten diagrams and PYQ analysis to make Physics and Math intuitive. - **Disciplined Online Environment:** My online classes are not passive lectures. We use digital whiteboards, shared materials, and interactive quizzes to ensure your child remains focused and engaged, just as they would be in a traditional classroom. - **Personalized Attention:** Every child has a different learning speed. We keep batch sizes small to provide individual support, ensuring that questions are never left unanswered. ### What We Cover - **Primary Years (Grades 1-5):** English, Hindi, Math, and EVS. We focus on phonics correction and homework assistance. - **Middle School (Grades 6-8):** Core subjects with an introduction to Vedic Maths for faster calculation speeds. - **Board Prep (Grades 9-12):** Specialized Math, Science, and Physics coaching with experienced faculty, focused on NCERT/CBSE board exam requirements and answer-writing techniques. ## About The Kaur's Academy Hi, I'm Ashima. I started The Kaur's Academy because I saw too many kids struggling not because they weren't smart, but because teaching methods were outdated.
