Instead of asking kids to memorize pages, I teach Hindi through phonics and logic. Since I instruct in Hinglish, your child will find it easy to connect the Hindi swar and vyanjan to the English concepts they already understand. We work together to build that comfort, step by step, so they stop fearing the language and start enjoying it. Learning a new language can feel overwhelming for a child, especially if the teaching style is rigid. My goal is to change that. Whether your child is struggling with basic matras or needs help with sentence formation, I adapt my teaching to their specific grasping power. ### Why this approach works - **Phonics-Based Learning:** We start by identifying sounds rather than just shapes. When a child understands the sound of a letter, reading words like 'बेसन' (besan) becomes a puzzle they can solve, not a line they have to copy. - **Hinglish Support:** I use English definitions to explain Hindi grammar. This helps bridge the gap for children who are more comfortable with English, making the transition to Hindi reading and writing smooth. - **Visual & Active:** We use a digital whiteboard during our live sessions. I write on-screen so children can see exactly how to form strokes for each letter or matra. It turns a screen into an active classroom. ### What we cover - **Fundamentals:** Clear understanding of swar, vyanjan, and matra placement. - **Fluency:** Regular shrutlekh (dictation) and guided reading exercises to improve pronunciation and confidence. - **Grammar Logic:** We move beyond basic recognition to sentence formation and correcting common spelling errors. Classes are held live via Zoom or Google Meet. We keep batch sizes small, with 3 to 5 students, or offer 1-on-1 sessions to ensure every child gets the attention they need.
