## About A Look Inside: Interiors & Finishes

People often worry that pre-engineered homes look clinical or boxy, but the interior finishes tell a different story. I use the same high-end materials you would find in a brick-and-mortar villa, like herringbone laminate flooring, quartz countertops, and floor-to-ceiling UPVC windows. The difference is in the precision—everything is measured and factory-fitted before it reaches your site, which means no clumsy joints or uneven surfaces when you walk in for the first time.

Designing the interior of a modular or container home is about balancing space efficiency with a luxury feel. Because these structures are built with high precision, I recommend clients plan their layout early so we can integrate every feature seamlessly.

### Quality Finishes
We use SPC or herringbone laminate flooring, which is durable yet gives the space a warm, residential feel. For walls, we avoid standard industrial panels, opting instead for gypsum drywalls finished with premium emulsion, just like in a traditional home. This ensures that when you hang a picture or mount a TV, it feels like a real house.

### Kitchen & Storage
Since space is often at a premium in studios or 1BHKs, we maximize every inch. I install modular kitchens with soft-close hinges, quartz countertops, and stainless steel sinks. We also integrate floor-to-ceiling wardrobes to keep the visual lines clean and storage hidden. If you need an island or a specific pantry setup, we can build that into the factory phase.

### Bathroom Design
This is often where people cut corners in construction. My builds include fully fitted 3-fixture bathrooms with branded diverters, glass shower cubicles, and vanity cabinets. We use concealed CPVC piping so you get a clean, clutter-free look.

### The Feeling
Ultimately, you should not feel like you are inside a container. By adding features like drop lights, accent walls, and thermal insulation, I ensure the interior environment remains comfortable regardless of the weather outside. Whether you want a French-themed villa or a minimalist studio, these finishes define the character of your getaway.
