Before we start any civil work, we map out every detail, from electrical layouts and joinery drawings to custom mood boards. This is about making sure you are comfortable with every decision before a single wall is touched. We work with you to refine these plans until your vision is crystal clear, ensuring that the final execution matches the 3D renders we share with you. ### How We Work Our design process begins with a conversation. We want to understand your habits, your favorite colors, and what makes you feel at ease. Whether it is a small apartment in Marol or a larger home, we focus on maximizing flow and storage. ### From Concept to Execution We move from initial mood boards to precise technical plans. We use CAD drawings for electrical and ceiling layouts, and we create photorealistic 3D renders so you can see the space before work begins. This removes the guesswork from renovation. ### The Mumbai Advantage Designing for Mumbai homes requires a deep understanding of space constraints. We specialize in clever hacks like multi-purpose furniture and vertical storage. Our approach is about finding the balance between modern aesthetics like Japandi or Wabi-Sabi and the practical needs of your daily life. When we handle your project, we coordinate everything from site surveys to material selection, ensuring your vision translates perfectly from the sketch to your home. ## About Griot Studio We are Griot Studio, a team of designers obsessed with turning everyday Mumbai apartments into calm, personal sanctuaries.
