## About Behind the Scenes: How the Magic Happens

People love the final hamper, but they rarely see the hour it takes to fix a single alignment issue or the way we triple-check every ribbon. We do not have a magic wand, we have a team that re-ties, re-checks, and occasionally re-prints because your gift is not leaving this workshop unless it is perfect.

### What really happens in our workshop

When we started, it was just us two in our parents' basement. Now, we are a team, but the chaotic, hands-on energy remains. You see a finished hamper on Instagram; we see the hours of assembly, the QC checks, and the team huddles.

Our series, Kahaani Ek Order Ki, is not a marketing tactic. It is our way of showing you that mistakes happen. What matters is that we catch them. If a box isn't right, we re-do it. If a ribbon isn't sitting well, we fix it. We operate with a zero-mistake rule because we know that when you send a gift to a client, it represents your relationship with them. We don't cut corners.

### The reality of bulk orders

Packing 100 or 500 hampers is not just about aesthetics. It is a logistics exercise. We manage everything from supplier coordination to the final delivery to your venue. Whether it is an employee onboarding kit or a bulk festive order, the process stays the same:

*   **Brainstorming:** We sit together and hash out what makes sense for your brand and budget.
*   **Sourcing:** We work with small, Indian businesses to find items that actually add value.
*   **Assembly:** This is where the magic happens. It involves bubble wrapping, aligning tags, and yes, re-tying ribbons until they look right.
*   **Quality Control:** If it doesn't look perfect to us, it doesn't leave the workshop.
