## About Real Talk for Founders

When we started, we were packing boxes on the floor of our parents' basement. Today, we manage 500+ corporate clients, not because we had a magic wand, but because we stopped treating our business like a hobby and started treating it like a system. You don't need expensive software to fix your bottlenecks; you just need to standardize your own logic before you scale.
