When you walk into our Wazirpur HQ, it is just fellow founders having the conversations you actually need to have. We talk about the messy parts of running a business, the wins, the flops, and the daily grind because we know how lonely this journey can get when you are the one making all the calls. ### Why We Opened Our Doors Entrepreneurship is often sold as glamorous, but the reality is usually late nights, tough decisions, and a feeling that no one else quite gets your specific problem. We started these meet-ups because we were in the same boat. We needed a space where we could drop the mask and talk about things like cash flow, team management, or just burnout without worrying about being judged. ### What Happens In The Room These are interactive, high-energy sessions designed to help you think differently. We use games and structured discussion points to break the ice so you are not left standing in a corner with a stale coffee. * **No Pitches:** We keep a strict policy. If you are here to hunt for clients, this is not the place. We are here to build a support system. * **Real Talk:** We tackle the 'Monday Gyaan' issues—pricing, branding, systems, and the mental game of building a business. * **The Community:** The connection doesn't end when you leave. You get access to our private WhatsApp group where the support continues. ### Who This Is For Whether you are a D2C brand owner, a freelancer, a designer, or just starting out, if you are building something, you belong here. We keep our groups small on purpose. It allows for deeper, more meaningful connections where you can actually walk away with a solution or a new friend who understands exactly what you are going through. If you need more than a group setting, we also offer 1:1 business hours with our co-founder, Sweta, for a deep dive into your specific operational roadblocks. ## About TheGoodRoad Gifting We are Sweta and Shruti, the sisters behind The Good Road. We built this community because we were tired of high-pressure networking events and wanted to create a room where we could all just be ourselves, grab a chai, and actually help each other grow.
