When you see our work, you are seeing the result of 12-hour days, last-minute vendor scrambles, and a team that has figured out how to own our mistakes. We share these moments so you know exactly who is handling your orders. Real people, figuring it out, one day at a time. ### The Reality of TGR We started in our parents' basement with just two sisters and a stubborn belief that gifting could be different. Today, our Wazirpur HQ is a hub of activity where we manage everything from premium corporate hampers to bridesmaid proposal boxes. ### Why We Share the Chaos Most brands only show the polished win moments. We believe in showing the full story. Whether it is a vendor ghosting us three days before a deadline or navigating the intensity of a 10,000-hamper Diwali season, we handle the pressure so you do not have to. You will see us measuring walls for office updates, mentoring each other, or laughing over bloopers from our latest reel shoots. ### Our Culture We do not just do gifting. We host founder networking events at our warehouse to share the Monday Gyaan that textbooks never taught us. We prioritize value over discounts and honest process over fast sales. When you work with The Good Road, you are not just getting a vendor. You are getting a team that treats your order with the same intensity as our own internal growth. ### Working with Us - Transparency: We have strict systems, but we are humans. If something goes sideways, we tell you. - Community: We are here for founders, creators, and anyone who values real connection over networking. - Growth: Our team is built on learning. Every session, meeting, and hamper teaches us something new. We are here for people who want to build, grow, and connect. If that sounds like you, let us talk. ## About TheGoodRoad Gifting We are Sweta and Shruti, the sisters behind The Good Road. We grew this from our basement to a team that handles 10,000+ orders a season, all while trying to keep things real and honest.
