When people think of a French manicure, they usually picture the standard white tip. I like to mess with that tradition a bit. At my studio in Gandhi Market, Sion, I see clients who want to express their personality while keeping things elegant. My process focuses heavily on the prep work. If we do not clean the cuticles properly with an e-file, the gel polish starts lifting in a few days, and nobody wants that. I use a high-pigment gel base that gives you that clean, manicured look even as your nails grow out. We can play around with the 'twist' part endlessly. I have done deep navy tips with gold chrome accents, soft pastel pinks for an everyday look, and even detailed hand-painted bows for the holiday season.
