We use high-density, UV-stabilized artificial turf and IP65-rated waterproof lighting so your space stays green and functional through every season without needing constant upkeep. It is about creating a setting that works as hard as your team, whether for a morning coffee, a client meeting, or a Friday team party. ### A Functional Space for Your Team Your office terrace shouldn't just look good; it needs to be an active part of your workplace culture. I help companies convert bare, underutilized rooftops into dynamic extensions of the office. Whether you need a quiet nook for private calls, a dedicated 'sutta' break area, or a versatile venue for Friday night team events, I structure the layout to maximize usability. ### The Process: From Concept to Completion I handle the entire execution so your facility team doesn't have to manage multiple vendors. The process starts with a 3D walkthrough, ensuring we account for every inch of space, wind patterns, and structural weight limits. * **Hardscaping:** I focus on surface leveling and industrial-grade waterproofing before installing any turf to prevent long-term dampness issues. * **Softscaping:** I select hardy, wind-resistant species like Ficus and Bougainvillea that thrive in high-rise conditions with minimal watering. * **Lighting:** I install concealed, solar-powered, and waterproof fixtures that keep the space inviting even after sunset. ### Design for the Modern Workplace We focus on creating spaces that foster employee well-being. A green breakout zone offers a necessary psychological shift from the desk, helping teams feel recharged. By integrating high-quality rattan furniture, heavy-duty cantilever umbrellas, and low-maintenance vertical gardens, we ensure your investment provides value for years to come. I take projects across Pune and the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, delivering turnkey designs that require zero fuss. ## About The Garden Coach I'm The Garden Coach, and I believe your workspace should feel like a vacation spot, not just a desk. I handle everything from the initial design layout to the final plant installation, ensuring your office gets a green upgrade that lasts.
