We apply a Hi-Shine spray to every latex balloon for a glossy, professional finish, and we hand-place those 500g of fresh rose petals to ensure they frame the space exactly how you want it. If you are booking a hotel suite, let us know your check-in time so we can sync our 60-90 minute setup window to keep the surprise entirely under wraps. ### How We Make Your Surprise Happen Whether it is a surprise welcome home or a hotel room makeover, we love the process of turning a standard space into something special. As a sister team, we handle the logistics so you do not have to worry about the messy bits like tape, transport, or cleanup. #### What Goes Into Our Setups * **The Balloon Mix:** We use a combination of floor and ceiling balloons to change the height and feel of the room. We utilize premium chrome and pastel latex to match your aesthetic. * **Custom Touches:** From cursive foil banners like 'Love' or 'Happy Anniversary' to themed foil shapes like hearts and rings, we tailor the decor to your relationship. * **Fresh Elements:** We use real rose petals for the floor or bed, not artificial ones, because the scent adds to the vibe. * **The 'Wow' Factor:** If you want more, we can add marquee LED numbers or custom neon signage for that extra glow. #### Planning Your Surprise in Mumbai We travel across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area to set up wherever you need. Since we are a small team, we prefer to know your venue details and access times early. This helps us ensure our 60-90 minute setup slot fits perfectly with your plans. If you are working with a hotel, we are happy to coordinate with reception or room service to ensure the decor is ready before your partner walks in. ## About The Floral House We are two sisters who believe every milestone deserves a little extra magic. We started The Floral House to share our love for beautiful things, and now we spend our days turning quiet bedrooms and hotel rooms into vibrant, romantic surprises.
