Each patty is hand-ground, seasoned with our own secret spice mix, and grilled right when you order, so it actually hits the table hot and juicy rather than sitting under a heat lamp. Pair it with one of our rustic, hand-stretched pizzas, where we skip the frozen base for dough we prep in-house every morning. We started The Fat Chef because we wanted to create an alternative to the rush of city life. Located on a farm in Whitefield, our kitchen is where we treat pizza and burgers as serious comfort food, not just fast food. We focus on the basics: fresh dough, high-quality meats, and house-made sauces that actually taste like what they’re supposed to. ### Why our food hits different We don't use frozen bases for our artisanal pizzas. Whether you order the Peri-Peri Chicken or a classic Pepperoni, the crust is hand-stretched and fired until it has that perfect crunch. The burgers are built the same way—our double-patty Lionking Burger is a project, not just a meal. It comes with sides that are actually fresh, and we don't believe in fillers. ### The Vibe Because we are located on a green farm, the setting is just as important as the food. We are a pet-friendly restaurant, meaning you can bring your dog along while you enjoy your meal in the garden. It is a space designed for you to unwind, grab a drink, and eat without feeling like you need to rush out the door. If you are looking for a spot in Whitefield to skip the traffic and enjoy a proper, hearty meal, this is it. ## About The Fat Chef We are The Fat Chef, and we built this farm spot in Whitefield to be the antithesis of a standard restaurant. We do big, bold food—like our double-patty burgers and crispy, hand-stretched pizzas—in a place where you can actually breathe, bring your dog, and escape the traffic.
