Our kitchen crew and the team on the floor are the real secret sauce behind those live music nights and pet-friendly brunches you love, keeping the energy buzzing from the first cord struck at 8 PM to the last plate cleared. The journey of The Fat Chef has always been about one thing: creating a space that feels less like a commercial outlet and more like a backyard hangout. When we were scouting for a new home, we wanted something that offered a genuine escape from the Bangalore traffic. Finding this spot in Thubarahalli, with its open-air garden setting, felt like coming home. It allowed us to turn our vision into reality—a place where you can enjoy global cuisine under the open sky while the pets run around. Our team is the heart of it all. We joke that our kitchen crew are 'mad scientists with guitars' because they approach every dish—from our signature Chateaubriand Steak to the Lion King Burger—with the same passion they have for the live music sessions we host. Whether it’s Shaayantan hitting a high note on a Wednesday or our team prepping for a weekend comedy night, everyone here is focused on keeping things relaxed, authentic, and fun. We believe that good food, paired with the right company and a bit of greenery, is the universal love language. That’s why we’ve built our team around people who genuinely care about making your visit comfortable, whether you're here for a romantic dinner or a chaotic, fun-filled family brunch. ## About The Fat Chef We are a crew of food-obsessed locals who wanted a place to chill as much as you do. We treat our kitchen like a jam room and our dining floor like a living room, because for us, food is about the stories you share, not just the plate in front of you.
