Each jar is crafted fresh in small batches at our Whitefield kitchen, which means you need to keep them refrigerated and use them within 3 to 4 days for the best experience. It is the compromise we make for real, restaurant-quality taste in your own home. When we decided to bottle our kitchen staples, we knew we could not cut corners. You will find zero artificial additives, thickeners, or preservatives in any of our jars.
