Whether it is a studio opening or an anniversary, we can match our balloon garlands and lighting to your specific color theme to ensure the space looks ready for your event. While we are well known for birthday parties, our work also covers the milestones that bring people together. A school reunion or an anniversary celebration needs a different energy than a children's party, and we adjust our approach accordingly. ### What we do for special events We move beyond simple balloon bunches for corporate and milestone events. We use chrome balloons, custom neon signage, and marquee lights to create a professional look that fits the occasion. * **Grand Openings:** We create bold balloon pillars and entrance garlands that grab attention from the street. We can incorporate your brand colors into the arrangement to make your launch stand out. * **Anniversaries:** We focus on romantic, elegant setups. This often involves heart-shaped arches, scattered rose petals, LED candles, and custom neon signs to mark the years together. * **Reunions:** We create fun, high-energy backdrops that work well as photo points. We use clusters and archways to define the stage area or main hall in your venue. ### How we handle your booking We operate directly out of Yelahanka and serve venues across Bangalore. We handle the entire logistics process—bringing our own pumps, extension cords, and structures so you do not have to worry about the technical side of the decor. Once you share your theme or occasion, we plan the setup to fit your space requirements, typically needing a footprint of 8ft by 6ft for standard installations. If your venue requires specific height or width clearances, let us know early so we can adjust our arch sizes. ## About The Events Gallery We are The Events Gallery, and we love turning a blank room into something festive for your big moments.
