For every setup, we bring our own equipment, including industrial pumps, extension cords, and stable ring stands, so your walls stay safe and the display stays up for the entire party. If you are worried about the cleanup, we handle the teardown for our premium packages, or provide simple instructions so you can handle the basics yourself. When you book us, you are not just getting a bunch of balloons. You are getting a full service team based in Yelahanka that understands how to fill a space effectively. Whether you are hosting a small first birthday at home or a grand opening for your new studio, we know that the lighting and the props are what pull the look together. Our process is simple. We have a variety of packages to suit different needs. Our basic setups feature standard circular arches and neon signs, perfect for a quick, impactful surprise. For larger celebrations, we bring in the heavy equipment: 300+ balloons, marquee lights, white pedestals for your cake, and custom sunboard cutouts. We also work with specific themes—from jungle safaris to classic Mickey Mouse setups—using color-coded latex and foil balloons to match the vibe. Safety and reliability are our priorities. We use safe cold pyro effects for that dramatic cake-cutting moment, ensuring you get the photo without any fire hazards. We manage the logistics, so you do not have to worry about the setup time or the structural integrity of the arch. You share your idea, we plan the arrangement, and we set it up at your venue across Bangalore. We are here to make your event look great without the stress. ## About The Events Gallery We are The Events Gallery, and we are all about that first wow moment when you open the door to your party.
