#### Soft Aspects
* **Setup Time:** Quick turnaround of 1.5 to 2 hours.

### Premium Milestone Decor with Custom Arch and Cold Pyros

An extravagant 400+ balloon setup on a custom metal frame with romantic floor styling, LED candles, and 2 cold indoor sparklers.

Typically ₹6,500-8,500 per setup (estimate)

#### Hard Aspects
* **Custom Balloon Architecture:** 400+ metallic and chrome balloons wrapped around a large custom heavy metal frame like an 8ft Heart Shape or full square arch.
* **Elegant Floor Styling:** Pathway or floor fill using scattered rose petals paired with small wooden fences.
* **Ambient Lighting and Props:** Vintage decorative birdcages, artificial LED pillar candles, 3 to 4 white cake pedestals, and Marquee Light numbers.
* **Special Effects:** Setup and electronic execution of 2 cold pyrotechnic indoor sparklers during the cake cutting.
* **Premium Backdrop:** Layered fabric drapes with sheer white overlaps, warm fairy lights, and a glowing neon sign.

#### Soft Aspects

* **Aesthetic Focus:** Sophisticated design emphasizing symmetry, warm lighting, and metallic accents suitable for adults.
* **Time Requirement:** Needs 3 to 4 hours of uninterrupted setup time. Teardown is coordinated with the venue or client for the next day.

You imagine the vibe, I handle the rest. At The Events Gallery, my team and I turn your party ideas into real, scroll-stopping setups. Based in Yelahanka, Bangalore, we’re all about making your event look and feel special, without any fuss.

### Balloon Decoration Is Our Thing

- Custom balloon arches in all shapes - circles, hearts, you name it
- Organic balloon garlands that flow around backdrops or staircases
- Balloon columns and clusters for entrances or those awkward corners
- Mix of regular, chrome, confetti, and foil balloons (numbers, letters, cartoon shapes)

### For Every Kind of Celebration

- Birthdays (from 1st to 40th, we’ve done them all)
- Anniversaries, engagements, baby showers, welcome baby parties
- Grand openings, school reunions, naming ceremonies

### Details That Make It Pop

- Themed party backdrops: circular frames, shimmer curtains, grass or marigold walls
- Marquee letter decoration and neon signs for that extra glow
- Signature white pedestals for cakes, themed cutouts (Cocomelon, safari, etc.)
- Cold pyro effects for dramatic cake-cutting moments (safe for indoors)

### How It Works

- You share your idea, I plan the details, we set it up at your place
- No stress, just show up and enjoy

I’m hands-on with every event. Sometimes things get a bit hectic, but seeing your reaction at the end makes it all worth it.
