Neha handles client servicing, ensuring your anxieties are managed, while Jinal focuses on the design, ensuring your vision is technically feasible and aesthetically on point. This setup means that while one of us is obsessing over the floral density of your mandap, the other is ensuring your guest logistics and timelines are perfectly on track, allowing you to actually be present for your own wedding. The Doli Diary started with a shared realization that weddings often follow a tired, cookie-cutter path. We wanted to build something that prioritizes the couple's narrative over generic trends. What began as a collaboration between two people has grown into a 50-strong team of designers, planners, and logistics experts based in Mumbai, all united by a single purpose: to build weddings that feel real. We do not just decorate spaces. Whether we are transforming a barren 9.5-acre plot into a wedding venue or coordinating a monsoon wedding with a six-week lead time, we approach every project as a challenge to be solved. Our team thrives under the pressure of execution. We believe that if you have a wild idea, it is our job to build the bridge between that idea and reality. Our process is built on radical transparency. We believe in being upfront about budgets and the reality of vendor costs.
