We are a family that practices 'Guru-Shishya Parampara' (teacher-student tradition) adapted for modern lives, which means your progress is tracked, your energy is respected, and you are supported by a community that actually knows your name. Whether you are in our Vasant Vihar space or joining us in Hoshiarpur, the intention is to create a home for your healing, not just a place to sweat. At Divine Soul Yoga, we believe that 'Sab apna hai'—everyone belongs here. We started this journey because we saw too many people feeling lost and tired, looking for a place where they could truly breathe. Our team is a dedicated, innovative, and unstoppable group that thrives on the shared goal of healing and self-discovery. When you walk into our studios in Delhi, Chandigarh, or Hoshiarpur, you will notice the difference immediately. It is not about perfect poses; it is about progress. We blend ancient wisdom—like the teachings of Chakras, Mudras, and Pranayama—with the realities of modern life. Our spaces are curated to be sanctuaries of Shanti (peace), designed to help you reconnect with your mind, body, and soul. We don't believe in quick fixes. We believe in the power of sustained practice and community support. By integrating healing practices like Crystal Therapy and Hawan rituals alongside our group yoga classes, we offer a comprehensive approach to wellness. We invite you to visit our studios, meet our team, and see how our family can help you align your energy and find balance in the chaos of daily life. ## About Divine Soul Yoga We started Divine Soul Yoga because we wanted a place where everyone could breathe a little easier. We aren't just here to teach poses; we're here to walk alongside you as part of your family. Come by, share some tea, and see why we say sab apna hai (everyone belongs here).
