Whether it is a 500g layered dessert tub or a box of eggless fudgy brownies, nothing sits on a shelf waiting for a buyer. This means you get your treats exactly when they are at their peak, without preservatives, just pure, homemade goodness that I would happily serve to my own family. When I started The Dessert Chowk back in 2020, I never imagined my kitchen experiments would turn into a full-time passion. This collection is my way of showing you the heart of what I do. My signature fudgy brownies are where it all began for many of my regulars. I spent months perfecting that crinkly top and gooey, chocolate-filled center. They are 100% eggless and designed to stay fresh, which is why I can ship them across India. If you are looking for something to share at a party or just need a pick-me-up, my layered dessert tubs are a fan favorite. The Rasmalai Cake Tub brings together the best of both worlds, layering saffron-soaked sponge with traditional cream and pistachio slivers. If you prefer international flavors, my classic Tiramisu is a coffee lover's dream, using mascarpone cheese and coffee-soaked fingers. Everything is made without gelatin, ensuring a vegetarian-friendly treat that does not compromise on texture. A practical note: Since I bake everything from scratch, I need a little heads-up. For standard treats like brownie boxes or dessert tubs, a 1-2 day lead time is perfect. If you have a custom celebration cake or a specific design in mind, please reach out 5-6 days in advance. It allows me to source the best ingredients and give your order the attention it deserves. Whether it is a birthday, a quiet anniversary, or just a Tuesday craving, I am here to bake something real for you. ## About The Dessert Chowk Hi, I’m Sarita.
