Whether it is a sculpted 3D car or a delicate buttercream gown on a doll cake, I focus on the textures and flavors that make the cake as good as it looks. Everything is 100% eggless, using favorites like Belgian chocolate truffle or refreshing blueberry mousse, so the adults can enjoy the cake just as much as the kids. When I started The Dessert Chowk in 2020, I never imagined I would be sculpting rocket ships or piping intricate unicorn manes, but here we are. Every child has a unique obsession, and I love the challenge of translating that into a cake. I focus on using high-quality ingredients and safe, non-toxic elements for all my character-based designs. ### How we plan your cake If you have a theme in mind, send me your reference pictures or just describe the mood. Are we talking about a subtle, elegant theme or a vibrant, colorful explosion? Let me know early so I can source or craft the perfect toppers. Because I bake out of my home in Malad West, I can give your order the personal attention it needs. ### Flavor & Delivery While classic chocolate truffle is a crowd-pleaser for parties, don't be afraid to explore my fusion flavors like Royal Rasmalai if you want something different for the adults. I deliver across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, and I make sure every tier is structurally sound so it reaches your venue safely. ### A note on timing I prefer to have at least 4 to 5 days to plan and prep for custom theme designs. This allows me to ensure the character details are perfect and the cake is chilled to perfection before it leaves my kitchen. ## About The Dessert Chowk I am Sarita, the baker and dreamer behind The Dessert Chowk. I pour my heart into every themed cake, making sure it is safe, eggless, and exactly what your little one wished for. Let's make their next birthday treat a special one.
