## Meet your expert

### My story

Hi, I’m Sarita Singh. Honestly, I just thought, 'Ek cake hi toh hai, bana ke dekhte hai' (It's just a cake, let's try making it). That’s how The Dessert Chowk started in 2020—by accident, really! Didn’t know much at first, plum cake was a flop, but kept learning. Now, every order feels like a big thank you from my TDC family. Not perfect, but always real. Baking is my happy place.

- **Eggless Fudgy Brownies**: My brownies are eggless, fudgy, with gooey chocolate. Some can even be shipped across India.
