In every session, you will work on technical drills like plies, isolations, and floor work, all designed to build the control you need to move with genuine confidence. ### Building Your Dance Foundation At The Danceworx, we believe that 'Foundation builds fancy.' Our adult dance curriculum is designed for everyone, from beginners taking their first step to experienced movers looking to clean up their lines. We prioritize the fundamentals—posture, alignment, and muscle control—so you learn how to move safely and effectively. You will not find just routine-based choreography here. Instead, you will experience a structured approach that prepares your body for the rigors of performance. ### Styles and Technique We offer a variety of styles to suit your goals: * **Jazz & Jazz Funk:** High-energy classes that focus on sharp movements, performance quality, and style. * **Contemporary:** A focus on fluid, expressive movement, using our Prana Paint™ technique to emphasize breath and touch. * **Ballet:** The cornerstone of our craft, providing the technical discipline required for all other dance forms. ### Where We Train We provide professional-grade studio environments with sprung wood floors, which are essential for protecting your joints during jumps and floor work. You can join our regular batches, weekend intensives, or online programs across our locations in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, and Pune. Whether you are joining us at our Bandra studio in Mumbai or our Sector 43 location in Gurugram, you will be learning from senior instructors who are committed to your growth. If you are looking to turn your hobby into a deeper practice, or simply need a physical and creative outlet from your daily routine, our doors are open. ## About The Danceworx I am Ashley, Artistic Director of The Danceworx.
