You will spend the first 30 minutes on conditioning and technical drills before we move into choreography. We believe you cannot execute the fancy moves without a strong foundation, so expect to sweat, focus on your alignment, and actually understand the technique behind every step. Our specialized workshops are designed to bridge the gap between classroom training and the professional stage. We curate these sessions to provide deep dives into specific genres, including Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Heels, and Breaking. ### Why Our Workshops Are Different - **Technical Rigor:** Even in a single-day drop-in, we prioritize proper alignment and musicality. We do not just teach you steps to copy; we teach you the 'why' behind the movement. - **Prana Paint™ Technique:** In select masterclasses, you will be introduced to our proprietary method. This focuses on breath, touch, and movement awareness to help you develop a more authentic, real way of storytelling through dance. - **Performance Focus:** Learning happens when you perform. Many of our intensives include a final run-through in the last 15 minutes, allowing you to build confidence and receive immediate feedback. ### What to Expect at Our Studios We operate across key locations in the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, Delhi NCR, and Pune. Every studio is equipped with professional sprung wooden flooring to protect your joints during high-impact training and features a climate-controlled environment with full-length mirrors. Whether you are joining a workshop in Andheri, Bandra, or Greater Kailash, the curriculum remains consistent with our international standards. If you are preparing for our Professional Dance Certificate Program (PDCP) or just looking to improve your skills, these workshops are your entry point into a global dance community. From kids' camps to advanced professional masterclasses, we invite you to bring your energy while we help you build the strength to own your style. ## About The Danceworx I am Ashley Lobo, and at The Danceworx, we do not just teach you steps to copy-paste. We focus on building your technical base so you can find your own expression, whether you are here for a single weekend or looking to go professional.
