When I use crate training for meal times or leash work, it is not about rigid obedience. It is about giving your pet a predictable routine, which is key to keeping them calm and happy while you are away. Boarding should be a holiday, not a source of anxiety. As a certified pet behaviorist, I integrate gentle training into every stay at my Gurgaon home. This is not formal boot-camp style obedience; it is about building confidence. ### The Power of Predictability Whether it is a tiny puppy learning leash manners or a nervous rescue adjusting to a new environment, positive reinforcement makes the difference. I focus on small, consistent steps that help pets understand expectations without pressure. By normalizing routines, I help them feel like they are at home. ### Crate Training Done Right I hear from many owners who are wary of crates. At the creche, crates are never used for confinement or punishment. They serve as a safe zone, often for meal times, which helps me manage food intake and prevents resource guarding between housemates. It is a tool for comfort and structure, especially during busy or high-energy moments. ### Managing Group Dynamics When I board multiple pets, my behaviorist background allows me to facilitate healthy interactions. Like my recent feeding trio of cats, I use controlled spaces to ensure every pet gets their fill peacefully. By observing body language and behavior, I can step in before stress escalates, keeping the environment harmonious. Whether your pet needs help with basic commands or just a gentle hand to get comfortable in a new space, I am here to bridge that gap. ## About Critter Creche I am Aaron, and my world revolves around keeping tails wagging and cats purring. I believe boarding should feel like a sleepover, not a kennel stay, which is why I use my background in behavior and neonate care to keep every pet feeling secure and understood.
