We coordinate the entire setup—from the color-matched organic balloon garlands to the specific pedestals and marquee lights—to match the show's palette, whether it's the signature orange and blue for Blippi or the ice-blues for a Frozen party. We focus on these cohesive details so the space feels like a scene from the show, not just a wall with a printout. Our approach to cartoon themes is all about immersion. We know that for a two-year-old obsessed with Cocomelon or a five-year-old who loves Boss Baby, the details are everything. ### How We Customize Your Theme We start by looking at the characters your child loves. We then map out a setup that balances your space with the scale of the theme. For home parties, we recommend our circular ring backdrops or mesh frames which fit perfectly in living rooms without overwhelming the space. For larger hall events, we scale up to 12ft wide stage setups with shimmer walls, 3D cutouts, and LED focus lighting to create a proper 'wow' factor. ### The Setup Process We handle everything from the custom backdrops and themed plinths to the balloon color theory. We use high-quality latex balloons in chrome or matte finishes to get that specific 'wow' look. We also incorporate specific props—like custom marquee numbers, character-themed cutouts, and specialized foil balloons—that make the theme instantly recognizable. ### Practical Planning * **Timeline:** We typically need 90–120 minutes of access to the venue to complete a full setup before your guests arrive. * **Flexibility:** While we plan for perfection, we always keep an eye on venue restrictions. If we’re working in a compact home space, we adjust the props so the room doesn't feel cramped. * **Beyond Decor:** If you need more than just the visual setup, we can coordinate with photographers and entertainers to handle the full party flow. Whether you have a specific vision or just a character name, let us know what you're planning, and we'll build a theme that fits your budget and venue. ## About The Craft Carnival We’re the team at The Craft Carnival, and we just love a good party. We don't believe in using pre-made 'party packs'—we take whatever character your child is currently obsessed with and build a custom setup around it.
