You have immediate access to high-end Olympic barbells, custom squat racks, and conditioning equipment right outside the mat area. Whether you are here to work on your jiu-jitsu technique or grind through a heavy lifting cycle, the setup is built to support both disciplines simultaneously. ### Training Environment We operate out of the Calfunk Fitness HQ in Vasant Kunj. This is an industrial, high-intensity environment with rubberized flooring, high ceilings, and ventilation designed for hard work. We don't do AC because we don't do 'easy'—when you train here, expect to sweat. ### The Setup - **Mat Space:** Dedicated, padded areas for MMA, Jiu-Jitsu, and striking drills. - **Strength Zone:** Full access to Olympic barbells, black bumper plates, and green powder-coated squat rigs for functional strength and hypertrophy work. - **Conditioning Tools:** Plyo boxes, jump ropes, and resistance bands to keep your endurance sharp for the cage. ### Who This Is For This facility bridges the gap between martial arts and physical performance. If you are a beginner looking to learn, an athlete focusing on competition prep, or just someone tired of the standard 'fitness' gym routine, you will fit in here. Everyone from white belts to pro fighters trains in this space. You learn from the community, share the equipment, and push each other through the hard sets. ### Practical Details - **Drop-ins:** If you want to test the vibe before committing to a membership, we offer single-session drop-ins. - **Amenities:** We provide a functional space with gear storage racks and shared restrooms. Please bring your own water and a towel. - **Coaching:** All sessions in this space are led by S&C specialists or pro fighters who ensure your form is tight and your intensity is right. ## About The Combat Lab I am Mohit, and I started this to create a space that doesn't just sell a fitness routine.
