Whether it is whipping up a batch of our OG Chocolate Cookies or carefully decorating a Christmas Wreath Cake, everything is done by hand in our Mumbai studio. We can adjust the ingredients before we even turn on the oven. * **Quality Control:** From our 55-70% dark couverture chocolate to our stone-ground flour, we vet every ingredient that enters our kitchen. ### The 'Therapy' in Baking Ritu often calls the kitchen her 'zen zone.' You will find us here from sunrise to midnight, turning flour, butter, and natural sweeteners into edible happiness.
