Because we use hearty ingredients like whole wheat, jowar, and almond flour, the crumb is a bit denser than standard commercial cakes, which is exactly what makes them taste honest and homemade. Baking is our therapy, and we treat every order like it is going on our own dining table. Everything that comes out of our Mumbai kitchen is eggless and completely maida-free. ### Why Our Bakes Feel Different We replace refined flour with healthier alternatives like whole wheat, almond, and jowar flour. Since we operate as a bake-to-order kitchen, you won't find anything sitting on a shelf for days. ### Our Menu Highlights * **Fudgy Brownies:** We use 55-70% dark couverture chocolate to get that dense, rich interior. They are meant to be eaten slightly warm, so a quick 10-second microwave zap makes all the difference. * **Tea Cakes & Loaves:** Perfect for your daily coffee, our loaves (like Date & Walnut or Orange Chocolate) are dense, filling, and wholesome. * **Cookies & Bites:** Our OG Sea Salt Chocolate cookies and Oat Coconut bites are our go-to snacks. They are perfect for gifting or keeping a jar handy at your desk. ### Dietary Choices We get that everyone has different needs. Whether you are looking for vegan options, gluten-free tweaks, or refined sugar-free treats, we have ways to make it happen. Just a quick heads-up: our gluten-free bakes can be a bit crumbly because we don't use the usual chemical binders, but we prioritize the real ingredients over perfect aesthetics every time. ## About The Chef Patissier I'm Ritu. Our tiny kitchen is my zen zone, where my team and I spend our days baking nothing but eggless and maida-free treats. We believe in keeping things real—no preservatives and no shortcuts—just the kind of wholesome, honest food we’d want to feed our own families.
