What you see is us washing fresh veggies, firing up the tandoor, and plating your order right before it gets sealed. It is chaotic, yes, but that is the only way to get real flavour into every bite. The kitchen life is exactly as intense as it looks on our reels. When the 9 PM rush hits, our kitchen transforms into a complete war zone, but that is where the magic happens. We are not a factory-line setup, we are a team of passionate cooks who believe food should taste like it was made at home, not in a plant. From the early morning prep sessions where we marinate everything from scratch to the late-night plating, we keep things transparent. Whether it is that first-time Tandoor inauguration or our team laughing through a tough bulk order, what you see is what you get. We prioritize hygiene, eco-friendly bagasse packaging, and, most importantly, the energy that goes into the cooking process. When you order from us in Gurugram or anywhere in Delhi-NCR, you are getting food prepared by people who actually love the craft of cooking. No shortcuts, no fancy corporate talk, just honest food that makes you smile. ## About Chef Kenzo I started Chef Kenzo because good food makes the mood, simple as that. My crew is a mix of skills and a whole lot of madness, but we are dead serious about the food. If you want a meal that feels like a vibe, you are at the right place.
