When you book us, you are not just getting a catering crew, you are getting a dedicated team that knows exactly how to handle high-pressure weddings while ensuring the hygiene and presentation are always on point. ### Real Artisans, Real Flavor We believe that you cannot replicate authentic street food with a generic kitchen staff. That is why we personally scout and bring in karigars—specialized artisans—who have mastered their craft over decades. Whether it is the specific pressure of the Gol Gappa puris or the delicate balance of spices in our signature chutneys, these are experts who understand the nuances that most large-scale caterers overlook. ### Our Service Philosophy When you see us at an event—whether it is for a celebrity wedding or a family gathering in a Delhi farmhouse—you will notice a level of detail that goes beyond just serving food. Our team operates with a singular focus: making sure your guests, even the pickiest relative, walk away impressed. We handle the setup, the hygiene, and the live counter engagement so that the hosts can actually enjoy their own party. ### Why Our Team Matters * **Direct Engagement:** We do not believe in hidden kitchen operations. Our chefs are trained to interact, serve, and explain the food, turning every counter into a live culinary experience. * **Hygiene First:** We bring in our own mineral water, gloved service, and sanitization protocols, ensuring that street food remains safe and premium. * **Adaptability:** From luxury weddings at major resorts to intimate house parties in Rajouri Garden, our team is trained to scale their service without dropping the standard of presentation. ## About The Chaat Affair We are a team obsessed with turning simple street food into a gourmet experience that defines your event. From our dedicated chefs to our setup crew, we put our hearts into every counter so you can relax and celebrate with your guests.
