### My story

Jai Guru Ji. We are The Chaat Affair. Chaat is our obsession, not just a snack. Used to be a side dish, now it’s the main event at hundreds of parties. We treat every dish like a bride - more shringaar (adornment), more wow. Our karigars (artisans) come from all over India, bringing real recipes. Gol Gappa water? 60+ herbs, pure magic. We want your big day to taste and look amazing, street food style but fancy.
