Because I use palette knives for those sharp textures and ombre blends, no two cakes are ever exactly the same—it is literally edible art made fresh in my Noida kitchen. ### My Approach to Modern Buttercream I treat buttercream as more than just frosting. It is my favorite medium for creating art that tastes as good as it looks. Whether you prefer a clean, minimalist aesthetic or something bold and abstract, I work with high-quality buttercream and ganache to achieve the perfect finish. ### Popular Finishes - **Palette Knife Painting:** This gives a beautiful, sculptural texture that looks like an oil painting on canvas. It is perfect for floral patterns or abstract color blending. - **Ombre & Watercolor:** I blend colors seamlessly to create soft gradients. This is a favorite for birthdays and baby showers where you want something elegant and dreamlike. - **Modern Minimalist:** Sometimes less is more. One-line art, subtle gold leaf, or a single fresh flower can make a huge statement. ### Why Choose Buttercream? Many of my clients prefer buttercream over fondant because it offers a richer, creamier flavor profile. If you are having an event in Delhi NCR, buttercream holds up well, provided it is kept in a cool environment. I also love mixing in elements like fresh flowers, dried foliage, and gold leaf to elevate the design without losing the soft texture of the cream. ### Customization Everything I make is customized. If you have a specific color palette from your decor or a theme you love, let me know. We can incorporate custom acrylic toppers or edible pearls to match the vibe of your party perfectly. Remember, while most of the decor is edible, some toppers are not—I will always let you know which parts are just for show! ## About Kopal Bhargava Hi, I'm Kopal.
