We bake our cake to a specific crumb structure that absorbs our signature milk blend without disintegrating into mush. When you take that first bite, you get a clean balance of the light sponge and the rich, creamy milk infusion that defines a true, authentic Tres Leches. Finding a proper, authentic Tres Leches in the city that isn't just wet cake or overly sugary foam is a challenge. That's why I obsessed over our soak ratio. We use a precise blend of evaporated milk, condensed milk, and heavy cream. This creates a dense, milky mouthfeel that holds up even after sitting for a while, making it perfect for both our dine-in guests and those ordering for a cozy night at home. ### Our Flavor Profiles * **Classic:** The benchmark. A light, airy vanilla sponge that soaks up the milk without losing its identity. * **Pistachio:** Our Chef’s special. We infuse the milk blend with real roasted pistachios for a nutty, earthy depth that cuts through the sweetness. * **Biscoff:** This one adds a caramelized, spiced crunch that balances the creamy soak perfectly. Whether you are stopping by our Kalyan Nagar store or ordering via Swiggy or Zomato from HSR Layout or Indiranagar, we treat every tub with the same care. We don't use preservatives to extend shelf life, so you're tasting fresh dairy and real sponge, every time. It’s the kind of dessert that feels like a treat, whether you are celebrating something big or just needing a boost on a Tuesday. ## About The Brownie Circles I'm Gautam, and I started The Brownie Circles because I was tired of lackluster desserts in Bangalore.
