These moments are how we keep our menu fresh and offer deals like our ₹69 Brownie of the Day. It is just our way of making sure you get real couverture chocolate at a price that actually makes sense. While we are famous for our fudgy brownies and tiramisu, we are also regular people who get excited about the same things you do. Whether it is matching a dessert to your star sign or hopping on a trending animation style, these moments help us connect with our community beyond just the order screen. Every trend we post serves a purpose. Sometimes it is to highlight the quality of our ingredients, like how we use real butter and couverture chocolate instead of compound alternatives, and sometimes it is to announce a flash sale. If you see a post about a 'Brownie of the Day' offer for ₹69, it is not a gimmick. It is our way of getting our fresh batches into your hands from Monday to Thursday across our HSR Layout, Indiranagar, and Kalyan Nagar locations. We believe that high-quality dessert should be accessible and enjoyable. By keeping our social media fun and engaging, we can listen to your feedback directly. If you want a specific flavour or have a birthday coming up, you can drop us a message based on a trend you saw or just ask for a custom order. We are constantly baking based on what you ask for, so keep the suggestions coming. ## About The Brownie Circles I'm Gautam, and I started this because I couldn't find a real brownie in Bengaluru. We take our ingredients seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. Whether it is a themed post or a random flash sale, everything we share is about connecting with people who love chocolate as much as we do.
