We are so grateful for this recognition.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/f71456ec-9549-41e1-9b57-a8e698b30542) ## About Awards & Recognition Winning Dessert Parlour of the Year at the Restaurant Awards 2024 wasn't just about the plaque on our wall; it was validation for the hard decision we made to use only pure couverture chocolate. When I started this, I was told we were crazy for choosing expensive ingredients over cheaper compound alternatives. This recognition proves that you can taste the difference, and that choosing quality over shortcuts is exactly what you wanted. This award belongs to every customer who sent us feedback or asked for a new flavor. When I started The Brownie Circles, my focus was simple: find a real, gooey brownie in Bengaluru. Most places were selling dry sponges, and I wanted to change that. We stuck to our guns—pure butter, pure couverture chocolate, and zero shortcuts. Being recognized at the Restaurant Awards 2024 confirms that our approach works. Whether you visit our outlets in Kalyan Nagar, HSR Layout, or Indiranagar, you are getting the same quality that the judges tasted. It is not just about the brownies; this drives us to perfect our Tres Leches, Tiramisu, and seasonal mango treats. We are not a massive corporate chain, so when you order from us, you are supporting a team that literally started with one oven and a lot of passion. We promise to keep listening to your suggestions, keep experimenting with your favorite ingredients, and keep the menu fresh. If you haven't tasted why we earned this title, now is the time to visit our cafe or order a box to your home. ## About The Brownie Circles I started The Brownie Circles in my kitchen because I was tired of dry, cakey brownies. Winning this award means we are doing something right, but I am still the guy in the apron making sure every batch hits the mark.
