I spend hours layering ink with fine-liner pens and stippling to make sure the texture of the stone and the light on the buildings feel real. If you have a specific landmark or a house that holds memories for you, we can sit down to figure out the right perspective that captures not just the building, but the feeling of being there. Architecture is the soul of a city. My sketches are done by hand, using fine-liners and traditional drafting techniques like hatching and stippling to create depth. ### Why commission an architectural sketch? It is a timeless way to preserve a memory of a family home, an old office, or a favorite travel destination. Unlike digital prints, these ink works carry the subtle imperfections and organic lines of human touch. ### How we create your piece * **Reference:** You share photos of the site. High-resolution images are best so I can spot the intricate masonry and angles. * **Style:** I usually work in clean, archival ink. I can add a touch of color—maybe red or gold accents—if you want to highlight a specific part of the building or match your home decor. * **Execution:** Whether it is an A4 portrait for a desk or a large canvas for your living room, I map out the perspective carefully before the final ink work. I have sketched everything from historic Mumbai landmarks like the CST station to cozy homes and corporate spaces. Every building has a vibe, and my goal is to get that down on paper so you can look at it years later and remember exactly how the light hit those walls. ## About The Bombay Doodler I am just a guy who believes in the magic of a fine-liner pen and the soul of a city. Mumbai is my muse, but my sketchbook is open to any structure that tells a good story. I draw to remember, and I hope my work helps you hold onto your own memories.
