We handle all alterations in-house to ensure a perfect fit, so you get a red-carpet look without the high-end purchase price. You simply wear it, flaunt it, and return it to us. ### How Our Rental Process Works We know renting an outfit online can be nerve-wracking, so we have kept our process simple and transparent. Whether you are prepping for a pre-wedding shoot in Goa or a birthday party in Mumbai, we ensure your look arrives exactly as promised. **1. Selection & Styling** Browse our collection online or visit our studio in Ulhasnagar for a trial. Not sure what looks good? We offer styling advice to help you match outfits to your event backdrop and theme. **2. Fitting & Alterations** Worried about the fit? Don't be. All our outfits come with adjustable features like drawstring backs or corset-style ties to fit sizes ranging from XS to 5XL. We provide full alterations on every rental to make sure it hugs you in all the right places. **3. Hygiene First** This is our top priority. Every piece—from heavy bridal lehengas to satin gowns—undergoes a multi-step cleaning process. This includes professional dry cleaning and high-heat steam ironing. Your outfit arrives in a heavy-duty garment bag, fresh and ready to wear the moment you open it. **4. Delivery & Returns** We deliver across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area and ship pan-India. For local Mumbai orders, we can arrange same-day delivery if you are in a rush. Our standard rental window is 3 days, giving you ample time for your event and travel. ### What Our Clients Say We are grateful for the trust our clients place in us for their most important days. From brides who felt like princesses in our ball gowns to moms-to-be who loved their maternity shoot outfits, our clients consistently mention two things: the perfect fit and our punctual delivery. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident and beautiful, no matter the occasion. ## About The Big Closet We started The Big Closet because everyone deserves to wear stunning designer fashion without the heavy price tag.
