You still get all the unlimited grills, live counters, and desserts you expect, but with specific festive additions—like traditional sweets for Ugadi or holiday roasts for Christmas—included at no extra cost. We believe that special occasions require special food. Instead of a standard menu, we treat festivals as an opportunity to showcase regional delicacies alongside our signature unlimited barbecue. ### How Our Festive Buffets Work When you walk in during a festival week, you get the full 'Big Barbeque' experience: live table grills, pasta, pizza, chaat, and our massive main course spread. The difference is the festive integration: * **Traditional Pairings:** For festivals like Sankranti or Ugadi, we curate authentic sweets like Bele Holige, Chandra Kala, and Anguri Rasgulla, alongside regional mains like Avarekai Pulao. * **Holiday Specials:** During Christmas and New Year, our counters feature roasted meats such as turkey and duck, paired with plum cake and other seasonal desserts. * **Rotating Menus:** We change the add-ons based on the specific calendar event.
