Whether it is the rich, earthy North Indian spices during our Punjabi Food Festival or the delicate seafood and sweet treats from Odisha and Bengal, we curate experiences that go beyond the standard buffet. You might find signature curries like Sarson da Saag or Mutton Kassa, alongside live stations serving regional breads like Luchi. When the seasons change, so does our menu. Mango lovers look forward to our harvest specials, where we infuse fresh ingredients like mango into curries and drinks. Sundays are non-negotiable—it is Biryani Fiesta time, with at least four varieties rotating every week, from Hyderabadi Dum to Mushroom Donne.
