Working with gluten-free, millet-based ingredients like jowar flour requires a completely different technique—my ganache is almond-milk based, not cream—but that is the only way to keep it genuinely healthy. When you see the perfect final shot of a cake, you are seeing the result of a very chaotic shoot day. That is the reality of The Better Binge. I started this in my home kitchen to prove that healthy, refined sugar-free treats do not have to be boring. Now, I have scaled that mission into a community of over 1000 students learning the art of millet-based baking. ### Why I Share My Process I am a firm believer in no-gatekeeping.
