When you see our process—from the hand-piped ganache to the occasional studio light dropping—you are seeing exactly how we ensure every treat is 100% Better Binge approved by me and my team. Baking is rarely as glamorous as the final photo suggests. For us at The Better Binge, this cluster is about showing you the reality behind our guilt-free menu. We believe that if you are going to eat dessert, it should be made with integrity, not just sugar and processed fillers. ### The 'No-Shortcuts' Way We constantly get asked why we use expensive ingredients like almond flour, ragi, and monk fruit. The answer is simple: we want to create healthy dessert recipes that actually taste indulgent. When we make our vegan, gluten-free treats in our Khar West kitchen, we are not just assembling products; we are working with complex, gluten-free batters that require precision. ### Life at The Better Binge From our first Janmashtami piñata for a home puja to shipping boxes internationally, we have kept our core values: no refined sugar, no dairy, and definitely no compound chocolate. You will see us testing flavors, dealing with the occasional kitchen mishap, and most importantly, having my little one taste-test everything before it hits your table. This is why our artisan desserts feel different—because they are built on a foundation of real family moments, not corporate formulas. Whether it is the process of crafting a multi-layered cake or a simple box of millet cookies, we hope this gives you a better look at the care we put into every order. ## About TheBetterBinge I'm Juhi, and baking is my way of giving love to the people I care about. My little one is our toughest critic, so if it makes the cut for our menu, you know it is 100% clean, vegan, and delicious.
