I adjust my icing thickness and temperature settings to ensure your cake looks flawless from the moment it is set up until the first slice is served. I believe your cake should taste as good as it looks. By skipping fondant, I focus on the flavors—think rich Belgian chocolate or delicate Vanilla Berry—finished with edible art like hand-piped roses, gold leaf, or abstract watercolor textures. Whether it is an intimate engagement, a wedding, or a big milestone birthday like a 50th or 60th, my designs are meant to be the centerpiece of the table. Every order is baked fresh in my Whitefield kitchen. I take care of the structural engineering for multi-tier cakes internally, using food-grade dowels, so you get the height and grandeur without the plasticky feel of rolled sugar.
